ORDER PROCESSING & GUARANTEED FITMENT
At Plusride, we don't just put wheels in a box and hope for the best. To ensure you get the exact right setup, we require a fitment confirmation before any order is processed for shipping. After you place your order, a Plusride representative will contact you via phone from (818) 245-5254 or via email. We will verify your vehicle's year, make, model, and brake setup. Your order will not be shipped until this confirmation is complete. Once confirmed, orders are typically processed and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment within 1 to 2 business days.


FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all wheel orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. We utilize major carriers, primarily FedEx Ground and UPS Ground, to ensure your wheels arrive safely and efficiently. At this time, we do not offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you reside outside the lower 48 states, please contact us at sales@plusride.com for a custom freight quote.


SIGNATURE REQUIRED & DELIVERY SECURITY
Wheels are a high-value investment, and we take their safe delivery seriously. To protect your purchase from theft, missing packages, and "porch pirates," all wheel sets require a Direct Signature upon delivery. The carrier will not leave the packages unattended on a porch, driveway, or apartment lobby. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the delivery. If you miss the delivery, the carrier will typically leave a door tag with instructions for redelivery or holding the package at a local carrier facility for pickup.


TRANSIT TIMES & TRACKING
Because we utilize multiple distributor warehouses across the country (as well as our local California inventory), transit times will vary depending on the brand ordered and your specific location. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking numbers so you can monitor the delivery progress in real-time.


SHIPPING DAMAGE & MISSING ITEMS
While we and our distributors pack our wheels securely, transit damage can occasionally happen. You must inspect your packages immediately upon arrival. If your wheels arrive with cosmetic defects, or if the boxes are severely damaged in transit, you must contact us at sales@plusride.com or call (818) 245-5254 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage and the original packaging. Claims made after 48 hours will be denied. If your order is missing accessories (such as center caps or hardware), notify us within this same 48-hour window so we can promptly ship the missing pieces.


UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incorrect, undeliverable, or if the delivery was refused by the recipient upon arrival (without prior Plusride authorization), the order will be treated as a standard unauthorized return. As outlined in our Refund Policy, you will automatically be responsible for a 25% restocking fee, the original outbound shipping costs that we covered, and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
