Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Order Confirmation & Guaranteed Fitment
To ensure you get the exact right setup for your vehicle, we personally review every single order. After an order is placed, a Plusride representative will contact you via phone from (818) 245-5254 or via email to confirm your vehicle's year, make, and model. We will not ship your wheels until this fitment confirmation is complete. This process guarantees your wheels will clear your brakes, suspension, and fenders, provided your vehicle is equipped with factory/OEM brakes and suspension. If your vehicle has a Big Brake Kit (BBK) or modified suspension, you must disclose this during the confirmation call.


Aggressive Fitment & Custom Setups
We understand that some enthusiasts prefer an aggressive fitment that requires fender rolling, pulling, or specific tire stretching. If you confirm an aggressive fitment during our order consultation, you assume all responsibility for the fitment. Wheels ordered for custom or aggressive setups are strictly non-returnable if they do not fit.


Order Cancellations & Refused Deliveries
If you need to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs. If your order has already been picked, packed, and a tracking number has been generated by the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a standard return subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of your order upon arrival, this is considered an unauthorized return. You will automatically be charged the 25% restocking fee, plus the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping fees charged by the carrier.


Return Eligibility & Restocking Fees
To be eligible for a return, your wheels must be in the exact condition that you received them: unmounted, unused, and in their original packaging. We highly recommend test-fitting all wheels on your vehicle to check for clearance before mounting tires or installing TPMS sensors. Once tires or TPMS sensors have been mounted, the wheels are strictly non-returnable.

All approved returns (unless due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Additionally, because we offer Free Shipping on outbound orders, the actual original cost of shipping the wheels to you will be deducted from your final refund. The customer is also responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.


Starting a Return & General Inquiries
To start a return or for any questions, you can contact us at sales@plusride.com or call us at (818) 245-5254. Once we confirm that your request meets all return prerequisites and eligibility requirements, we will approve the return and provide you with the designated return shipping address. Depending on the manufacturer, returns will either be routed to our primary office or directly to the distributor's warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an approved return address will not be accepted.


Transit Damage & Cosmetic Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your wheels arrive defective, scratched, or damaged in transit, you must contact us at sales@plusride.com or (818) 245-5254 with clear photos of the damage and the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours, or claims made after the wheels have been test-fitted or mounted, will be denied. Do not attempt to mount tires or TPMS sensors on damaged or defective wheels, as this completely voids any claim or return.


Missing Accessories
If your order arrives missing hardware (such as center caps, valve stems, or hub rings), please contact us within 48 hours. We will promptly ship you the missing replacement parts. Missing accessories do not qualify as a valid reason for returning an entire wheel set.


Manufacturer Warranties
Our 30-day return policy covers unmounted, unused merchandise. It does not cover road hazards, pothole damage, or structural failures that occur during use. Structural warranties are handled directly by the wheel manufacturer and are subject to their specific warranty guidelines and evaluation processes. Please contact us if you need assistance initiating a manufacturer warranty claim.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We strictly do not accept returns on wheels that have had tires or TPMS sensors mounted on them, custom-drilled wheels, custom-painted wheels, or wheels sold for confirmed aggressive fitments. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refunds & Chargebacks
We will notify you once the warehouse has received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the 25% restocking fee, original outbound shipping costs, and return shipping costs if applicable) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your bank or credit card company to bypass this policy is strictly prohibited. By placing an order with Plusride, you agree to these return terms and conditions, which will be submitted to your bank as evidence in the event of an unwarranted dispute.
